Recipe from Misty Haak
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 3 cups strawberries
- ⅓ cup flour
- 3 cups rhubarb
- Pie Pastry: Store bought dough or your preferred recipe to make double crust.
Mix all ingredients together. Line the pie plate with pastry. Fill with strawberry/rhubarb mixture. Dot with 2 tsp butter, put top crust on. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
