Planning family or senior photos? Hilltop Harvest is a beautiful location to capture memories. Please take a moment to read the photography locations terms below before booking your photo session at our farm. By proceeding with the location rental, you acknowledge and agree to the terms.

Photography Locations Terms

  • Farm rental is for professional photographers. We allow one photographer on our farm during a scheduled session.
  • Location rental can be scheduled in 30 min. increments for $25. You are welcome to schedule back-to-back session times if you feel you will need a 60 min. session.
  • Renting our location for your photo session gives you private access to our farm for a single family/client during the scheduled time. If you are interested in scheduling mini-sessions at our farm, please reach out to schedule.
  • Be respectful of your allotted time. Other sessions may be booked on the same evening.
  • Please do not bring pets to our farm unless arranged.
  • By nature of being a working flower farm, there may be farm activities during your photography session. We will make every effort to minimize any potential disruptions to your session.
  • Your safety is our priority. Please use caution around farm equipment, watch for tripping hazards, fencing, etc.
  • If you would like to incorporate cut flowers into your session, they can be purchased in addition to your session fee.
  • If weather impacts your session time, we will work with you to reschedule.
  • Refunds are not offered for missed sessions without appropriate notice and explanation.
  • While we understand wanting to scope out shot locations, we ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
