Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • Pie Pastry: Store bought dough or your preferred recipe to make double crust.

Mix all ingredients together. Line the pie plate with pastry. Fill with strawberry/rhubarb mixture. Dot with 2 tsp butter, put top crust on. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
