Recipe from Donna Bestmann
- Pie Crust (baked)
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 4 cups strawberries
- 1 package strawberry junket
Microwave cream cheese until soft enough to spread. Mix with sugar. Spread cream cheese mixture over pie crust. Prepare junket as directed on the box. Mix junket with berries, then put berry mixture into crust. Refrigerate until cool. Serve with whipped cream.
